How frustrating is it for a company to play it's customers for fools. All this day morning cloudflare had a congestion at their los angeles datacenter and all sites going through that route are paralysed for the day. But this is not the worse part. the worse is this:
They will gladly let you believe that the issue is with your web server when in fact they are the problem. AND even more frustrating is the lack of customer support, there is no one to call, and they are not answering emails whatsoever. I decided to move to incapsula.com as an alternative and will be posting a review once i have tested the product. I can safelly say it now CLOUDFLARE SUCKS.
