The world is still reeling from the apparent attempted coup at the U.S. Capitol this week, the culmination of years of dangerous rhetoric espoused by President Donald Trump and his followers. Five people have been confirmed dead in the wake of Wednesday's events, while multiple lawmakers have called for Trump to be impeached â€" again.
"The people responsible for this violence must be held accountable from the top down, said Meyers, reiterating his comments from the previous day. "They should be removed from the White House and expelled from Congress." Read more...
