Preparing to Move from Niyonambaza Mayisha's house #Rwanda #RwOT

I have so far secured enough money to allow me and my wife to move from this house. The weirdest part is I was never evicted from a house because I lacked payment. It was always because the landlord had himself /herself some financial troubles. As of the current landlord, he used my maid to spy on what was going on in my household. 

After I fired the maid, he immediately contacted me threatening to raise the rent. I saw no problem with that, then he changed his mind and now he asked me to vacate the place, out of the blue, pretending like he wanted to come live here, that he was doing some renovations in his current house. What kind of renovation does need to be done while evicting the tenant? Especially since he didn't mind doing renovation roof work while we were still living in the current house. He and his guys literally came and started pounding our roof top while , we lived there. If you happen to google the name Niyonambaza Mayisha and get somehow to this article, be cautioned this landlord will evict you from his house with no reason simply because he does not like you.

The house is located in Muyange, Kagarama Kicukiro. Do not live there and the other thing i failed to mention is that this house literately crawls with snakes. In my one year there We have been attacked by almost 4 snakes. One of which was discovered while crawling it's way in my daughter's bedroom. This is not a joke men, DO NOT RENT this house. You can't say You weren't warned.
